Shipping policy

WHERE WE SHIP

We currently ship to the United States. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend.

HOW LONG IT TAKES

Orders are dispatched within 1 business day. Delivery to the United States usually takes 8 to 12 days from dispatch. Items ship directly from our overseas fulfilment partner, which is how we keep the price where it is. We would rather tell you that up front than surprise you at the tracking page.

TRACKING

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched. Tracking can take 2 to 3 days to start updating after you receive it. This is normal and does not mean the parcel is lost.

DUTIES AND IMPORT CHARGES

Prices shown at checkout do not include any import duties or customs charges your country may apply. Any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not something we control or receive.

WRONG ADDRESS, DELAYS AND LOST PARCELS

Please check your address carefully at checkout. Email us within 24 hours of ordering if you need it changed and we will fix it before dispatch. If your order has not arrived 20 days after dispatch, email us and we will refund or resend it, your choice.
