Refund policy

Glow Ritual Daily is operated by Jacob Little, sole trader, 82 Weston Road, Oamaru 9401, New Zealand. Questions about returns go to jacoblittle1997@gmail.com and we reply within 2 business days.

30-DAY RETURNS

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return or refund. Email us your order number and we will take it from there.

IF YOUR ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED, FAULTY OR NOT AS DESCRIBED

Send us a photo. We will refund you in full or send a replacement, whichever you prefer. You do not need to post the item back and you will not be charged return shipping.

IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND

Return the item unused and in its original pouch within 30 days of delivery. You cover the return postage. Once it reaches us we refund the purchase price in full. Original shipping costs are not refunded on change-of-mind returns. Because this is a personal care item used on the face, change-of-mind returns can only be accepted on items that have not been used. Faulty or damaged items are always covered, used or not.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they ship, which is usually within 24 hours of ordering. Email us as soon as you can.

HOW REFUNDS ARE PAID

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Your bank or card issuer may take a few days longer to show it.

YOUR RIGHTS

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act and Fair Trading Act, or under any consumer protection law that applies where you live.
