Does it actually do anything?

It vibrates gently and it feels good. Massaging your face can make it look less puffy and more awake for a while. We make no claim that it lifts, firms or changes your skin, and there is no clinical study behind it. It is a nice object and a quiet five minutes.

How long does delivery take?

We dispatch within 24 hours. Delivery to the United States takes 8 to 12 days. Items ship from our overseas fulfilment partner, which is how the price stays where it is. Shipping is free.

Does it need batteries?

No. It is USB rechargeable and the charging cable is in the box.

Can I use it with oil or serum?

Yes, and it glides better with a few drops. Do not submerge it in water. Wipe the head with a soft cloth after use.

What if I don't like it?

You have 30 days. If it is faulty or damaged, send a photo and we will refund or replace it without asking for the item back. If you have simply changed your mind, send it back unused in its pouch and we will refund the purchase price.
